Champions League final performer and singing superstar Camila Cabello has copped the wrath from football fans after taking aim at the crowd in a since-deleted tweet.

Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 1-0 in a Champions League final that started 37 minutes late because of disturbing crowd issues outside the Stade de France in Paris.

Winger Vinicius Junior applied a close-range finish in the 59th minute from Federico Valverde's drive across the face of goal, securing a Saturday night win that gave Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti a record fourth European Cup title.

International pop sensation Cabello performed ahead of the match in a glamorous routine, which saw her perform a mix of her songs.

However, Cabello was performing inside the stadium at the same time a number of Liverpool fans were being pepper sprayed outside as they tried to make their way into the Stade de France.

On top of that, fans inside the stadium were heard chanting team songs over the top of Cabello's six-minute routine.

This prompted Cabello to let rip at those in attendance, in a now-deleted post.

“Playing back our performance and I can’t believe people were singing their teams anthems so loud during our performance," she wrote.

"Like, my team and I worked tireless for so long to bring right vibes and give a good show.

“Very rude but whatever. I’M GLAD U GUYS LOVED IT!!!!!"

While Cabello received a huge amount of support for her sensational performance, she also appeared to annoy a number of fans with her message.

Many claimed that none of the passionate supporters are there for the music performance.

While others claimed the scenes outside overshadowed the scenes inside the stadium.

Regardless, Cabello took to social media following her act to explain how excited and honoured she was to perform at the Champions League final.

Ahead of her performance, the match was marred when police appeared to pepper spray Liverpool fans who were attempting to get into the stadium.

For many, especially Liverpool fans, pre-match crowd issues overshadowed this final and are sure to be the focus of an investigation by UEFA and authorities in the coming days.
