If your fantasy football trade deadline is this week -- and for most leagues, it's ahead of Week 11 -- you need help identifying the best buy low and sell high opportunities (which we do every week here at For The Win!).

Here's one way to look at it: with strength of schedule.

Some teams have good schedules the rest of the way against the run or pass, some don't. So consider this a cheat sheet with a guide to the best and the worst, with a shoutout to FantasyPros for the help with this.
