The Eagles are Super Bowl champions for the second time, and Philadelphia is ready for another big celebration. The city celebrated a championship after winning the 2018 Super Bowl and will get to do it again seven years later.

As part of the post-championship festivities, the Eagles' home city will throw a parade for the new NFL champions. The players, along with coaches, staff, family members and other select people will proceed through the city passing hundreds of thousands, if not more than one million fans cheering them all on.

When is Eagles' Super Bowl parade?

On Monday morning, the official City of Philadelphia government social media account announced that the Super Bowl parade will take place Friday, Feb. 14.

In a social media post late Sunday night, the team declared "See ya Friday" with a Bradley Cooper-narrated video of Broad Street.

The video and caption suggested not only the date of the parade but also hinted that the Super Bowl parade will once again process down Broad Street.

NFL Network will cover the celebration in Philadelphia and have it available to stream on NFL.com.

The team could copy what it did in 2018 with a parade route starting at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue and going toward the Philadelphia Museum of Art via the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Weather forecast for Eagles' Super Bowl parade

According to Accuweather forecasts, Philadelphia will see near-freezing highs for most of the week even after the snow and rain passes through. Forecasts for Friday are clear with no rain expected but a high of 36 degrees and winds gusting to 6 mph.

Will Taylor Swift be at the Super Bowl parade?

Swift is a Pennsylvania native and was an Eagles fan at one point in her life. She is currently in a relationship with Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce and she's shown support for the Chiefs since the two started dating. It's likely she will not be attending the Super Bowl parade.
