It's time to talk about Hull City's transfer business...

One name on seemingly every Championship club's radar this month was Aston Villa's Louie Barry - and the Tigers won the race for his signature on loan for the remainder of the season.

Monaco midfielder Eliot Matazo, 22, has signed on a permanent deal while John Egan joined from Burnley on deadline day to shore up the Tigers defence.

Fenerbahce's Brazilian forward Lincoln has arrived on loan with striker Kyle Joseph, midfielders Matt Crooks and Nordin Amrabat and forward Joe Gelhardt also linking up with Ruben Selles' squad during January.

Forward Chris Bedia has departed, with Union Berlin sending him on loan to Swiss club Young Boys after three goals in 21 appearances for City this season while defender Ryan Giles has moved to Middlesbrough on loan, midfielder Xavier Simons has been allowed to join Wycombe and winger Ryan Longman has joined their promotion rivals Wrexham on a permanent deal.

Despite an improved showing since Selles replaced Tim Walter, the Tigers are one place and two points above the bottom-three, but will their new arrivals help fire them up the table?
