Proteas bowler gives up 11 runs in one ball

South African paceman Wayne Parnell gifted the West Indies 11 runs from one legal delivery after repeatedly overstepping.

The Proteas went on to win their ODI clash rather convincingly, but Parnell did his best to boost the Windies' total.

The 26-year-old was bowling to Johnson Charles in the third over when he bowled a no ball that was also deposited for four.

He subsequently bowled another no ball from the free hit, and 11 runs later he'd only moved the over count from 2.4 to 2.5.
