Sad Shane Warne detail in heartbreaking Andrew Symonds tributes
Shane Warne's ex-wife Simon Callahan has shared a heartbreaking tribute on social media after the tragic death of Aussie cricket icon Andrew Symonds over the weekend.
Symonds, 46, was killed in a single vehicle accident in north Queensland on Saturday night, in a devastating incident that has rocked Australia and the sporting world.

SO SAD: Michael Clarke's heartbreak after falling out with Symonds
The iconic allrounder was good friends with Warne and Callahan when the pair were married and the latter says news of the cricketer's death has left her feeling "so sad".
Callahan shared a beautiful snap with Warne alongside a smiling Symonds, with Glenn McGrath and the fast-bowler’s former wife Jane McGrath, and Tracy Bevan (the former partner of Aussie batter Michael Bevan) also in the photo.
“I believe in Angels because I have some in Heaven,” she captioned the photo.
“So sad. RIP Roy," she posted alongside a broken heart emoji.
The angels Callahan referred to were obviously Symonds, Jane (who died from breast cancer in 2008) and her former partner Warne, who died of a heart attack in Thailand earlier this year.
Callahan's daughter Brooke Warne commented on the post by writing: “Three angels in one photo”.
Bevan also added: “Thank you my friend, what a beautiful memory”.
Brooke also shared a series of lovely photos of her and the family with Symonds, including one of them on the red carpet at the Allan Border Medal.
“The Best Date I Ever Had,’’ Brooke wrote with a broken heart emoji.
“Rest In Peace Roy. Heaven has gained another Angel.”
Callahan commented on her daughter’s post: “So sad Brookie, Roy was such a gentle soul”.
Police are investigating the accident, which appears to have occurred after Symonds' car left the roadway and rolled over close to his home in Hervey Range, about 50km from Townsville.
Sister leaves letter for Andrew Symonds at site of tragedy
Tributes to the loveable Aussie cricket great have been rolling in from around the world, with Symonds' sister Louise visiting the site of his fatal accident on Sunday.
Alongside a number of bouquets of flowers and a can of Great Northern beer, Louise left a handwritten letter detailing the heartbreak of losing her brother.
“Gone far too soon!” the note read. “Rest in peace Andrew.
“I wish we had one more day, one more phone call.
“My heart is broken. I will always love you my brother.”
Floral tributes lay at the crash site where Andrew “Roy” Symonds lost his life on Saturday night, outside of Townsville.

Queensland Police will prepare a report for the coroner once their investigations into the tragic accident are complete.
Channel 9's Mia Glover reported on Monday morning that there were "a lot of brake marks on the road from where his car veered off before it eventually rolled”.
“At this stage police still have no idea why he left the road,” she added.
“One rumour that’s going around by locals is he may have swerved to miss an animal but everything’s under investigation at the moment.”
