Who will Chiefs play in the AFC championship game? Kansas City advances with win vs Texans
For the seventh straight year, the Chiefs are in the AFC championship game.
For the sixth time in that span, the game will be hosted by Kansas City in what might as well be known as the "Arrowhead Invitational."
The Chiefs knocked off the Texans in the divisional round on Saturday to get to this point, 23-14. While the top-seeded team in the AFC hasn't always looked the part this season, Andy Reid's group continues finding ways to win.
Thanks to the way the NFL crafted the schedule, they get to kick back and relax while waiting for Sunday's results to roll in. They'll have that extra day of rest heading into the game as well, giving them a great chance of representing the AFC in New Orleans at Super Bowl 59 in just a few weeks.
Here's who the Chiefs will play in the AFC championship game.
