What should the Chicago Bulls do at the NBA’s 2024 trade deadline? To answer such a question, one must first come to terms with what is possible for the Bulls, as well as what is likely, a stretch, and almost certainly not going to happen.
We say this because there are rumors about a potential Zach LaVine deal (a stretch), adding to the team to try to win now (almost certainly not going to happen), or moving on from DeMar DeRozan before the team risks losing him for nothing (likely). And we have not yet even begun to get into the weeds of what the Bulls’ trade deadline outlook appears to be.
But if there is anyone who thrives in said weeds, that would be ESPN cap guru Bobby Marks, who recently put together a trade primer for Chicago fans to peruse and inform themselves.
