Charles Barkley Dunks On Fox News During March Madness Viral Moment: “You Don’t Have To Repeat Everything The Idiots Say”
Charles Barkley went viral during CBS’ coverage of March Madness for calling out his co-host, Kenny Smith.
As the sports broadcasters filled out their NCAA Men’s Tournament bracket, Smith picked his alma mater, the University of North Carolina, to take the championship despite its unfavorability.

“Are you serious?” Barkley asked. “Are you serious? Y’all make fun of me for being unbiased.”
Smith fired back and said, “Listen, I don’t lie about being biased.”
“We’re supposed to be unbiased,” Barkley noted with Smith adding, “No, you’re not.”
Barkley then replied, “What are we, Fox News? What are we, Fox News, in here now? This ain’t Fox News. You don’t have to repeat everything the idiots say every day.”

During the same broadcast, Barkley caught his co-hosts off guard when, after Smith gave a hot take, he said, “She said, go to commercial.”
Ernie Johnson jokingly added, “For the first time in his career, Charles Barkley has listened to what a producer’s had to say.”
