Nigeria's home-based national team will now resume camping for next month's African Nations Championship on Monday, July 24 in Kano.
The 30-man team invited by coach Salisu Yusuf were initially billed to arrive camp on Sunday, July 16 in Kaduna but topflight matches scheduled for Wednesday and Sunday as well as logistics forced a change in earlier arrangements.
Confirming the development, Super Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye told Goal:"The invited players will now resume camp on Monday in Kano. This was done to allow the players feature for their respective club sides on Wednesday and Sunday.
"We expect all the players latest Monday in camp and training activities will resume the next day, Tuesday.''
Salisu invited four goalkeepers, nine defenders, eight midfielders and nine strikers in preparation for the CHAN qualifier against winner between Togo and Benin Republic in August.
