Sevilla players were left fuming after young superstar Erling Haaland taunted keeper Yassine Bounou in Dortmund's 5-4 aggregate victory in their Champions League clash.

The 20-year-old striker had already put Borussia Dortmund up 1-0, before Haaland created Champions League history and scored a second, only to anger the opposition outfit.

'DEEPLY SHOCKED': Football world rocked by devastating tragedy

Dortmund were awarded a penalty after a Sevilla player tugged on Haaland's shirt.

But unexpectedly, Bounou saved Haaland's penalty and follow up shot.

The keeper was also caught on camera taunting Haaland after the miss.

But VAR pulled back the sequence of play because the keeper had moved off his line prior to the penalty.

Haaland gathered his composure, before slotting it to the left of the keeper on his second attempt.

But the young Norwegian wanted the last laugh and ran behind Bounou and taunted him after the goal.

He then ran off to celebrate, but had a number of angry Sevilla players chasing after him in anger.

This prompted a scuffle during the celebrations.

Despite the fierce competitiveness on the field, Haaland appeared to make up with Bounou following the game.

Halaand said he had reacted to what Bounou had said to him moments earlier, but did not want to repeat what he said.

“Bounou screamed at me after the first penalty so after the second penalty I screamed what he said back to me," Haaland said after the game.

"That’s karma in this world."

Halaand shatters Champions League record

The Norwegian's second goal marked an incredible record for the young striker.

Haaland became the fastest ever player to score 20 goals in the Champions League.

It took him just 14 games to bang in 20 goals, eclipsing English striker Harry Kane's record of 24 games.

To put it into perspective, it took Messi 40 games and Ronaldo 54 games to score 20 goals.

Haaland also created other records with his brace.

He is also the youngest player to score 20 goals and the first player to score 10+ goals in their first two seasons in the Champions League.
