Michael Scotto: Talen Horton-Tucker has earned a roster spot for the Chicago Bulls after an impressive training camp and preseason, league sources told @hoopshype. The Chicago native averaged 13.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 17.8 minutes in five preseason games for Chicago.
