The Youtuber-turned boxer taunted McGregor after sending the UFC star a $50 million offer to fight him in the boxing ring.
Paul appeared in an expletive-filled Instagram video in which he was smoking a cigar and drinking whisky with the Irish flag around him.
After calling the Irishman several names not suitable for print, Paul then took a low blow at his wife, saying she "is a four” and he can “do a lot better”.
He then challenged McGregor to step into the boxing ring with him, before accusing the Irishman of being too scared to fight him.
"My team sent you a 50 million dollar offer this morning. Fifty million dollars cash, proof of funds, the biggest fight offer you've ever been offered,” Paul said.
“But, you're scared to fight me, Conor. You're ducking me because you don't wanna lose to a f--king YouTuber. You're 0-1 as a boxer. I'm 2-0 as a boxer."
Paul also took aim at the UFC president in his wild rant, after White insisted there was “zero percent” chance that his fight with McGregor will happen.
“Conor, you’re scared. Dana, you’re scared. Sign the f--king contract you idiots,” he said.
Paul then added further insult to the Irishman after it emerged that the only person he was following on Instagram was the fighter's wife.
Shocking taunt condemned on social media
Paul has just the two boxing fights to his name, with his latest KO victory against former NBA dunk champion Nate Robinson giving him a 2-0 record.
UFC star McGregor lost his one and only boxing match to undefeated legend Floyd Mayweather when the pair fought in 2018.
Paul's shocking call-out of McGregor has sparked outrage on social media, with UFC rival Nate Diaz among those to strongly condemn the Youtube star.
