Dortmund vs PSG lineups: Starting XIs, confirmed team news, injury latest for Champions League today

Borussia Dortmund have been handed a boost ahead of tonight’s Champions League semi-final first-leg tie against Paris Saint-Germain.

Mats Hummels exited the weekend Bundesliga defeat at RB Leipzig nursing a knock but starts this evening.

Marcel Sabitzer also starts in midfield after illness, with Sebastien Haller and Donyell Malen both on the bench after returning to training following injuries.

“Marcel and Donyell both took part in training. We expect that they will be at our disposal tomorrow,” BVB boss Edin Terzic said at a press conference on Tuesday.

“Marcel is feeling better and we need him in his form from before his illness tomorrow.”

Ramy Bensebaini and Julien Duranville are both still out, but Dortmund have captain Emre Can and Chelsea loanee Ian Maatsen back again after domestic suspensions. They both start this evening.

Domestic matters have come far more naturally to PSG, who clinched their 12th Ligue 1 title at the weekend after closest challengers Monaco were beaten by Lyon.

Kylian Mbappe, Lucas Hernandez and Gianluigi Donnarumma were all taken out of the lineup for the 3-3 draw with Le Havre, but all return to the starting lineup here.

Goncalo Ramos remains on the bench despite his late equaliser at the Parc des Princes.

Presnel Kimpembe and Layvin Kurzawa have not travelled to Dortmund, while Sergio Rico remains out.
