'Dunk of the year' over Baynes sets internet alight

Milwaukee star Giannis Antetokounmpo has sent social media into meltdown with an epic dunk on Aussie Aron Baynes during the Bucks' playoff game three win.

Australian duo Thon Maker and Matthew Dellavedova helped inspire the Bucks to a 116-92 NBA playoff demolition of the Boston Celtics.

The Bucks went into Friday's game three in Milwaukee 0-2 in the first round playoff series.

Dellavedova had only played four minutes in the the two losses and Maker just one minute, but Bucks' interim coach Joe Prunty unleashed the Australians in the first quarter and the result was stunning.

Maker pulled off four spectacular blocks in four minutes and Dellavedova delivered the aggressive defence his squad had lacked to electrify the Milwaukee crowd and give the Bucks a 27-12 first quarter lead.

The Celtics never recovered.

Maker finished with a personal playoff high 14 points, including three three-pointers, five blocks and five rebounds in 24 minutes.

Dellavedova had five points and four assists in 16 minutes.

Dellavedova was the first sub in the game and when he entered three minutes into the game the Bucks trailed 5-6.

The Bucks then went on a game-changing 22-6 run as All-Star Giannis had 19 points, five rebounds and six assists, including undoubtedly the play of the game.

The 'Greek Freak' lit up social media courtesy of a spectacular dunk from the top of the key and over the Celtics' Australian big man Baynes.

Baynes was one of the Celtics' best with eight points and eight rebounds.

He also showed off his improved long-range shooting accuracy sinking his two three-point attempts.

Game four is in Milwaukee on Sunday.

Indiana forward Bojan Bogdanovic scored 30 points to lift the Pacers to 92-90 come-from-behind victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Bogdanovic scored 15 in the fourth quarter as the Pacers overcame a 17-point halftime hole to take a 2-1 lead in the first-round playoff series.

Game four will also be Sunday night in Indianapolis.

Bogdanovic hit 11 of 15 shots, including 7 of 9 3-point attempts.

LeBron James scored 28 points on 10-of-22 shooting and also posted game highs of 12 rebounds and eight assists. Kevin Love added 19 points on seven-of-13 shooting.

In the other Eastern Conference first round playoff game, the Washington Wizards' guards Bradley Beal and John Wall scored 28 points each to beat the Toronto Raptors 122-103 reduce their series deficit to 2-1.
