LeBron James burns heckler with epic sledge

LeBron James had his Cleveland teammates in stitches when he put a loud-mouthed NBA fan in his place with an epic sledge.

The heckling fan was giving James a torrid time during the Cavaliers' 113-91 win over the Bulls in Chicago.

Never mind that the Cavs took a double-digit lead in the second quarter and never looked back.

Or that James posted 23 points, seven rebounds and six assists in what ended up being the Cavs' 12th consecutive win.

Our hero heckler correctly pointed out that the four-time NBA MVP has a suspicious hairline and recently lost the teammate services of Kyrie Irving and Derrick Rose.

Kudos to you, sir, for accurately reciting things that have happened.

The pair continued trading barbs but it was a brutal response from James that caused a chorus of laughter among those seated around the pair.

"I hope that ain't your girl next to you because she's filming me. Bum!" James snapped back at the fan.

Fans often like to think of their sports heroes as above the fray in situations like these.

But, as James demonstrated, he's human too.

Plus we can't really blame him for surmising that the heckler is a bum. Spot on, LeBron.
