Bernard Tomic's girlfriend shuts down question about his 'millions'
Bernard Tomic has always enjoyed the money that comes with being a professional sporting star and the outspoken Aussie has never been shy to admit it.
However, his girlfriend Vanessa Sierra insists that the 28-year-old's wealth has never been an attraction for her, adding that she's "never dated a man for their money".

Tomic has often boasted about his riches, with his 2018 rant after missing out on qualifying for the Australian Open perhaps the most infamous.
Asked afterwards what the disappointment of that failure meant for his career, Tomic turned the conversation towards his wealth.
“I just count money, that’s all I do. I count my millions,” he told reporters.
“You go do what I did. You go make $13-14 million. Good luck guys. Bye bye.”

Tomic - whose commitment to tennis has been questioned throughout his career - also referenced money in a tetchy showdown with a reporter earlier this month, after qualifying for this year's Australian Open.
"I am in Doha, I risked my life flying here, my health, COVID's around, many sick, with many things that can go wrong. I'm risking my life, and I'm playing and competing. Of course, I want to get there," he said, when asked if his tennis ambitions still burned.
"Otherwise I'd be hanging my rackets up. I don't need to play tennis again, I've got enough money - so why are you asking me that question? Don't ask questions like that."
Tomic has a well documented love affair with flashy cars as well, but his girlfriend says none of the money or shiny possessions are of great importance to her.
The OnlyFans star gave a candid response to followers when asked by one user on Instagram whether she was attracted to Tomic's riches.
“I’ve never dated a man for their money,” Sierra replied.
“I’ve always been very comfortable, I’ve always worked hard, I’ve always made my own money and I think anyone who focuses on someone else’s income is not going to get very far in life.
“Someone could be rich today and then broke the next day and vice versa. You should never make any judgment on a person based on their income, it doesn’t change who they are.
“I think you’re better off focusing on yourself and trying to be a better person and trying to be around good people.”
Sierra and Tomic went public with their relationship in November last year and the pair have frequently hit the headlines during their 14-day quarantine stay in Melbourne for the Australian Open.

Tomic's girlfriend raised eyebrows after complaining on social media about the food and the fact she had to wash her own hair while in quarantine.
The OnlyFans star was roundly ridiculed for her complaints, hitting back after revealing she'd received death threats in the wake of the comments.
“You guys are the true definitions of class clowns on a witch hunt and if I want to laugh about how bad my hair is in quarantine I unapologetically will. Have a cry,” she posted on Instagram on Monday night.
“I’m getting so many death threats over my hair joke.
“If people actually watched my vlog instead of going off a news story they would see I was lighthearted about the entire thing and did not make any complaints.
Sierra insists her comments were part of a lengthy vlog for her Youtube channel and blamed the media for taking them out of context to make her look like a whinger.
“It’s easy to take something out of context when you take 2 sentences out of a 10 minute vlog, and throw it in a negative news story on mainstream media amidst tennis player complaints about their mandatory quarantine,” she wrote on Instagram on Tuesday night.
“My vlog is irrelevant to the above complaints. Social media is my full time work and daily vlogs on YouTube are a part of this, I’m real, honest and raw and show things as they are.
“Watching the snippets, as an outsider on channel 7’s twisted story with no idea of who I am, what I do, or having watched any of my previous vlogs of course it’s going to look bad. How could it not? You can shape anything to look bad with a bit of cutting and merging into a negative news story
“Had these same people watched my vlog without 7’s influence, I’m sure they would’ve seen my video as tongue in cheek and light hearted, and found it somewhat interesting to have this preview of our lives.
“People who know me know I’m not one to complain. And yes. I will make jokes to brighten a mentally challenging situation”.
