Arsenal's Wienroither close to Man City loan move
Arsenal defender Laura Wienroither might move on loan to Manchester City before the Women's Super League transfer window closes at 23:00 GMT.
The 26-year-old is seeking regular minutes and faces stiff competition for a place in the Arsenal side.
The Austrian sustained an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in May 2023.
Arsenal have since signed USA full-back Emily Fox, while academy graduate Katie Reid has emerged as a first-team player - both providing competition for Wienroither.
Earlier on Thursday night, Manchester City accepted a loan offer from Arsenal for England forward Chloe Kelly.
