Arsenal vs Dinamo Zagreb LIVE!
Arsenal are on course to receive a bye into the Champions League last 16 after a comfortable win over Dinamo Zagreb as victory at the Emirates Stadium puts them on 16 points with a game to spare and that should be enough to avoid a play-off and two extra games next month.
Declan Rice gave the Gunners a dream start inside two minutes as he picked the ball up inside the area following Kai Havertz’s lay off and finished with aplomb to score his first ever Champions League goal. Just after the hour mark the provider turned goalscorer as Havertz headed home a fantastic cross from Gabriel Martinelli to double the lead.
Unlike at the weekend against Villa, this 2-0 lead wasn’t allowed to slip, in fact it was increased when Martin Odegaard scored in injury time. The Gunners now head to Girona next week for the conclusion of the league phase knowing a last 16 place is all but secured.

We will have team news shortly, but Mikel Arteta has hinted at a role change for Declan Rice amid a shortage of natural right-sided central defenders.

Champions League is Arsenal's best bet

Arsenal are no longer Champions League rookies, though, and this competition is quickly becoming their most best shot at a trophy this season.

This is what Fabio Cannavaro has said about Mikel Arteta ahead of tonight’s showdown...
“We all know the difference between Arsenal and us, but we will try to do everything to make their job difficult,” the Dinamo Zagreb boss told reporters yesterday.
“We played a lot of times, and I also watched Arsenal a lot. I like his way of managing the game and his idea of the game. I want him to win a trophy because he absolutely deserves it.”
Predicted Arsenal XI
18:15 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Arsenal are in a commanding position in the Champions League and Arteta may look to rotate his team against Dinamo. Jakub Kiwior could come into the heart of defence given that the Gunners are light on options at centre-back.
Jorginho is another who may get to start by coming into the midfield and Kieran Tierney could get the nod at left-back. Arsenal are very limited in attack, but Raheem Sterling may be handed a start out wide.
Predicted Arsenal XI (4-3-3): Raya; Partey, Kiwior, Gabriel, Tierney; Odegaard, Jorginho, Merino; Sterling, Havertz, Trossard
