Dane Swan and Dustin Martin party in Las Vegas

Dane Swan and Dustin Martin are notorious AFL ‘bad-boys’.

No one attracts more negative publicity when they hit the town than the Collingwood Magpie and Richmond Tiger.

So it’s not surprising the pair have opted to escape to the States for some end-of-season celebrations where they won't be recognised by the average punter.

Swan and Martin have been partying in Las Vegas for the last week, and posting photos on social media to prove it.

After a short stint in Los Angeles, they appear to have set up camp at Vegas’ Cosmopolitan, regularly frequenting the Marquee nightclub.

“Another really quiet day in Vegas ... Marquee day club doing FArk all ... #oppositeday #treatyaself” is the caption of one photo.

They’ve also even been partying with celebrity Aussie DJs Will Sparks and Timmy Trumpet.

Swan’s career has been littered with a string of off-field misdemeanors.

In 2003 he was involved in a brawl at Federation Square and was punched in the mouth in a nightclub in 2010. Then two years ago he was hit with a two-match suspension by Collingwood for breaking the team’s alcohol ban.

In 2012 Martin was stood down by the Tigers for failing to attend training and earned a rather negative reputation in the process.

But earlier this year Richmond said he was reaping the rewards of a more settled life off the field.

“His maturity level, like most young players, has improved and he’ll only get better over the course of time”, coach Damien Hardwick said in September.

“He has made some really good decisions with his life.”
