Rory McIlroy improved his score every day at the 2025 Texas Children's Houston Open, and he closed strong with a 6-under 64 on Sunday to finish at 15 under for the week.

His final start before the Masters will result in a top-10 finish, and he's going to be a popular pick to win at Augusta National in two weeks. The world No. 2 has two wins this season, including two weeks ago at the Players Championship, his 28th PGA Tour title.

After his round of 64 on Sunday, McIlroy spoke with Golf Channel's Kira K. Dixon and revealed he has been dealing with right elbow discomfort.

"Get some treatment on that, and make sure that that’s OK going into Augusta," McIlroy said.

Discomfort or not, he didn't show any signs of pain or being uncomfortable at Memorial Park Golf Course.
