GOATs do GOAT stuff, and no one else can unleash diabolical fury in an NWSL playoff game better than women's soccer legend Marta.
The NWSL playoffs have been outstanding, with some fantastic moments and extraordinary goals. But I feel confident in saying a goal during the Orlando Pride's semifinal matchup with the Kansas City Current might be the best of the postseason.
Orlando was already up 2-1 during the second half of Sunday's thriller when Marta took a ball that had been poked free and WENT TO WORK. She proceeded to drop two sliding defenders simultaneously, cross up Kansas City's goalie, and break the ankles of another defender before ripping the ball into the net. IT WAS FILTHY, and the 38-year-old GOAT made it look easy.
The Pride eventually won the matchup and will now go to the NWSL Championship. But I can't stop thinking about that goal. So, here's 12 wicked photos of Marta totally tearing it up for you to remember it, too:
