Melbourne Cup 'lady' lets fists fly

Following the ribbing Aussies received from the UK post-Melbourne Cup over their boozy behaviour at Flemington, social media has played a part in proving those pesky Brits right.

In the general admission section, there was carnage as YouTube footage showed a well inebriated female race-goer in an embarrassing state.

A drunk woman was caught on video fighting at the Melbourne Cup

As she stumbled around in high heels, onlookers were shocked when she started randomly throwing punches at those standing in amazement around her.

She was eventually held down before security dragged her out kicking and screaming, to the cheers of those around her.

It was just one of many instances of rowdiness on display during the Melbourne Cup Carnival, that many would expect was unbecoming of such a prestigious racing event.

Kozzy: You sound like an extremely well educated guy, reminiscent of the Rooster's wisdom. I for one certainly appreciated your insightful and measured little monologue. Just one question if I might have the temerity to ask. What is this CANSER type that is killing us and how do we take preventative action?. Keep up the good work.

Oh my its melbourne cup race festival your all a bunch of brain washed sheep get all exited about the melbourne cup for what to dress up sexy then get drunk and look liked a #$%$ head or mabey the hundreds of thousands you win what do you win really do you have 10 .000 to bet on for the day no i think not but you go there with five hundred to win what a couple hundred big deal but lets teach our kids to gamble from young cause this is a family event dont forget an the ladies that go there with there short minis thats short enough to see the corn comming out of there a s s and the guys that go there to perv on the women with there tongues hanging out ,you guys make me sick we should be wasting our energy for a better quality of life not to gamble but thats ok cause canser is killing us all thanks to our goverment but hay its melbourne cup time lets go and bet...... you morons

This is nothing, I was over in Munich for the Oktoberfest, and you should see how they drink. On trains, in public places. All drinkers are young aged from 15 upwards. Falling on platforms, drunks in the train beer drinking on trains etc. Every festival season people are allowed to drink in these public places.
