Tour de France winner Chris Froome models see-through lycra racing suit

Cycling outfits rarely leave much to the imagination but Tour de France champion Chris Froome has taken things to new levels with this risqué new racing suit.

The lycra-clad lads of Froome's Team Sky are set to show more than normal in 2014 with a barely-there number that will leave some fans covering their eyes.

The new outfit is certainly 'breathable', with Froome’s nipple clearly visible in a picture he posted on Twitter.

Thankfully, there is a modesty-protecting black panel to cover up the key areas.

As one Twitter fan pointed out, maybe this is what Team Sky boss Sir Dave Brailsford meant when he promised 'transparency' in his team.

Froome, wearing a much more modest racing suit, became the first African-born rider to win the Tour de France when he took out the world's toughest bike race in July.

He is a hot favourite to defend his title in 2014.

And if he needed any more incentive to keep his skinfolds low this year, the new suit should provide it.
