Fiji rugby forward Naikatini joins Brive

Brive-la-Gaillarde (France) (AFP) - Fijian international forward Apisai Naikatini has joined French Top 14 side Brive until the end of the season, the club announced on Wednesday.

Naikatini will fill in for lock Olivier Caisso, who is currently fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma.

The 28-year-old Naikatini, who has previously played for Toyota Verblitz in Japan and the Wellington Hurricanes in New Zealand, has been capped 12 times by Fiji.
