The World Anti-Doping Agency will not appeal the Court of Arbitration for Sport's decision to half Russia's ban for doping offences.
WADA made the announcement on Tuesday, saying the grounds of appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal were limited to procedural matters and not the proportionality of the ban to the offences.
The CAS halved the ban given to Russia from four years to two in December, preventing the country competing as a nation at the Olympics in Tokyo and Winter Games in Beijing 2022, although its athletes can compete as neutrals.
Russia was sanctioned for manipulating data from 2012-2015 in its Moscow anti-doping laboratory before handing it over to WADA. It covered up evidence athletes were part of a state-sponsored doping programme.
