If you don’t have anything especially important to attend to today, then don’t. In fact, if you could put your whole life on aeroplane mode and stay in bed, then that would be even better. Obviously, this isn’t a practical solution to how you might feel today. That being said, you can still go about your day as per usual, just don’t go above and beyond the bare minimum. Some days you just have to do what gets you through.
