1 pound lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan, grated
1/4 cup water
Pre-made tomato sauce
Grate the zucchini and snip a few pieces of basil.
2. Combine the zucchini and basil with the ground turkey in a bowl. Add the garlic, parmesan, a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to the bowl.
3. Use your hands to meld the ingredients. Then roll the meat into small balls about the size of two tablespoons each.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs for roughly three to four minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
5. Now grab a plate of spaghetti and add the tomato sauce. Finally, top the pasta with a few of the warm turkey zucchini meatballs and enjoy.
