Tottenham XI vs Roma: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for Europa League
Tottenham tonight begin an extended period without goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario as Roma visit in the Europa League.
The Italian is set to be sidelined for months after surgery on a fractured foot suffered in Saturday's 4-0 win over Manchester City, leaving Ange Postecoglou to rely on veteran Fraser Forster against Roma and beyond.

Rodrigo Bentancur starts against the Serie A side amid a seven-match domestic ban, which began against City, while teenager Archie Gray comes into the side but Lucas Bergvall has to settle for a place on the bench as Postecoglou names a very strong side.
Brennan Johnson was on the bench against City and returns to the front three, with Postecoglou also opting to start both Heung-min Son and Dominic Solanke against Claudio Ranieri's side.
Teenager striker Will Lankshear is suspended, while Micky van de Ven, Richarlison, Wilson Odobert (all hamstring), Cristian Romero (foot) and Mikey Moore (virus) remain unavailable through injury.
Postecoglou is hopeful Romero will be back in contention for the visit of Fulham on Sunday, while Van de Ven remains a few weeks away from returning.
“Cuti is getting better,” Postecoglou said of Romero. “He’s a lot closer. We’re hoping he’ll be out there training with the group with a bit of luck by the back end of this week, if not, definitely next week.
"Mikey’s the other one, and we’re still taking it slowly with him, it’s still probably a couple of weeks before he’ll be ready to get properly back into it.
“Micky’s on course, working hard, training. It’s day by day with him, we have to make sure he ticks off all the boxes before he gets integrated into the squad.”
