Torino have won 2-1 at Genoa in their rescheduled Serie A match to clinch their first win of the domestic season.

Serbian Sasa Lukic's clinical shot and a Luca Pellegrini own goal pushed the Turin visitors off the foot of the table, where they were languishing alongside Crotone, into 18th place on four points.

The Genoese, who pulled back a consolation from Gianluca Scamacca in stoppage-time, are now only one point ahead of Torino in 16th place.

Genoa obtained a postponement of the match from October 4, when 17 of their players were sidelined with coronavirus infections.

Genoa will next host Roma on Sunday, while Torino are at home to bottom club Crotone.
