TikTok star Campbell Hunt Puckett, known online as Pookie, is addressing old photos of her that have "resurfaced" online.
While Campbell did not elaborate on the nature of the photos, shots of her dressed in a white and pink lace Antebellum party costume have circulated online. She also posed in front of a Confederate flag for one photo and was dressed as former first lady Melania Trump in another.
"As some of you may have seen, some old photos of mine recently resurfaced," her apology shared on her Instagram Story began. "At the time these photos were taken, I was 20. I didn't fully understand the impact of my actions the way I do now, 12 years later. I fully apologize for the harm this may have caused for some and take full responsibility."
The content creator and her husband, Jett Puckett, went viral after they shared an outfit-of-the-day video on TikTok in which Jett referred to Campbell as Pookie.

Campbell wrote in her apology that she and Jett have loved sharing their lives and getting to know their community on "such an intimate level."
"Because we live our lives so publicly, everything is on the internet, even my mistakes. We hope to continue to bring you with us on our journey as we continue to learn and grow," she continued.
Jett frequently appears in Campbell's videos. The two got engaged 10 months after meeting and married in April 2018.
"I walked up to the prettiest girl at a wine bar in Philadelphia and just started talking to her. Two days later, we were inseparable, and 10 months later, we were engaged," explains Jett in a recent TikTok. "At the time, I was a grad student, and Campbell was a flight attendant."
