'I think good things are to come here'

Spanish football journalist Alvaro Romero has offered insight in Monchi's ability to find hidden gems in the transfer market.

"He makes profit, using data and a lot of intuition," Romero told The Football News Show.

Romero explains how Monchi - Aston Villa's president of football operations - has used success in the Europa League to "propel" clubs forward.

"I think good things are to come here," Romero added.
