Wife tells off Djokovic with camera still rolling

Thanks to the power of social media, today's athletes have the ability to share anything and everything with their legion of fans.

Unfortunately, as Novak Djokovic learned, "everything" sometimes includes moments that aren't meant for public consumption.

The world No. 2, who is recovering from a shoulder injury, broadcast a practice session on Facebook Live, filmed by his wife, Jelena.

At the end of the session, Djokovic speaks directly into the camera to thank his fans for watching, before grabbing the smart phone from his wife.

"I like to take the camera, it's nice. It makes me feel more into it, more I guess, friendly," Djokovic explains to Jelena and his audience.

That action apparently didn't please Jelena, who sternly reprimanded her husband (in Serbian) for failing to thank her for the camera work.

The only problem was, the whole thing was still recording.

"How are you behaving yourself?," she says, according to a translation provided by Tennis.com.

"For heaven's sake. Thank you, love. Thank you. Isn't that what you should be saying?"

The camera then flashed back to Djokovic's disgruntled wife, who had a stunned look on her face when she realised the ticking off was being broadcast to the world.
