Bizarre Federer jumper sends social media into meltdown
While Roger Federer was creating headlines on the court, his wife Mirka was making waves off it thanks to a bizarre pink jumper.
Mirka's choice of attire during the Swiss Maestro's five-set semi-final win against Stan Wawrinka certainly turned heads and left fans a little puzzled.
The bright pink number is by luxury Italian designer Gucci and features a tiger emblazoned on the front.
But the fashion statement seemed to pose too big a distraction for many people, who took to social media with their concerns.

But on a side note, does anyone know what's going on with Mirka Federer's sweater? #AusOpen

In all honesty, what is that sweater Mirka Federer is wearing?

Not all the comments were negative, however, with some supporters loving the colourful number that bore the French phrase, "L'Aveugle par Amour," meaning "Blinded by Love."

Now we know what you're thinking... 'where can I get one?'
The good news is they were selling online for a very reasonable AU$1975.
The bad news is that particular item is no longer on sale on Gucci's official site.
However, a different variation – featuring a cat instead of a tiger – can be scooped up for a steal at just $AU1670.
What are you waiting for? Go now.
