Ballboy passes out, faceplants

Venus Williams had just begun her clash against CoCo Vandeweghe at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia in Rome when this poor fella took a big tumble.

The ballboy apparently overheated and went down hard, face first into the clay.

There was some serious concern for the young man early but apparently he fully recovered after being moved to the shade by some colleagues.

Venus went on to win the clash in straight sets.
