Murray reveals hilarious secret about Hewitt

Andy Murray has opened up about his admiration for Lleyton Hewitt, which as it turns out goes way beyond the tennis court.

Following his straight sets demolition of Sam Groth in the second round at the Australian Open, Murray was asked for his thoughts on Hewitt’s storied career.

"He was someone I loved watching growing up," Murray said.

"His attitude towards the competition is something I love.

"This is his 20th Australian Open and he still has the same fight and passion as ever."

Pretty standard, but then things took a turn.

"I actually named one of my dogs after him."

The candid admission was met with howls of laughter from the Margaret Court Arena crowd.

It just goes to show the level of respect and love Hewitt draws from his peers.
