'You spuds': Nick Kyrgios bites back at 'doughnut' rival after virus swipe
Nick Kyrgios has let rip at rival Borna Coric after the Croatian tennis star broke his silence and slammed the Aussie for directing criticism at Novak Djokovic and those at the Adria Tour.
Kyrgios has not been afraid to let the world know of his feelings after he labelled the decision to go ahead with the Adria Tour amid the coronavirus pandemic as ‘boneheaded’.

Dimitrov, Djokovic, Coric and Viktor Troicki all tested positive, as did the wives of Djokovic and Troicki following the event.
The 25-year-old has taken aim at Djokovic and other top players to task for their "stupidity" and risky behaviour.
A few players, including Djokovic and World No.3 Doninic Thiem have hit back.
Coric was the most recent participant to rebuke Kyrgios’ criticism.
"I read what he wrote, but I simply don't care since he likes to be a 'general after a battle'," Coric told the Jutarnji List newspaper Monday when asked to comment Kyrgios' criticism.
"If someone else was teaching lessons I would have maybe understood, but Kyrgios ... It's somehow not realistic.
"But ok, it's his style, that's how he functions, I have no problem with that neither does it bother me on personal level."
Kyrgios slams Coric for defending mates
But the Aussie responded on Wednesday afternoon and labelled Coric a ‘doughnut’ for claiming he didn’t care what he said.
“You should care. Do you have rocks in your head?” Kyrgios tweeted.
“Again, you can stand up for your mates, I’m just trying to hold them accountable. When I said what I said, I didn’t intend to bother.
“They are tennis players, they aren’t special. Just as I thought Coric intellectual level = 0.”D
He then called out Coric for ignoring Dimitrov’s warning about the effects of the coronavirus and how he was impacted.

@borna_coric Just making sure that you spuds didn’t cause more players to feel like Dimitrov. Have you read how he continued to feel after he tested negative? Or that’s too much for that brain of yours to process? 🤦🏽♂️

The out-spoken Australian has branded Zverev "selfish" for partying despite promising to self-isolate following a negative test after playing on the Adria Tour.
Kyrgios has also traded insults with Thiem on social media over Zverev's behaviour.
