Decorating your kitchen is a little like getting dressed in the morning: You can make anything more glam with the right accessories. Take this authentic teak wood cutting board, for example. Its natural grain pattern would look gorgeous sitting on your countertop.

The best part, however, is that this usually expensive cutting board is 67% off at Sur La Table right now during its big Anniversary Sale. So, yes, it really costs less than $20 to give your space a mini upgrade.

The teak wood is grown sustainably and comes from Proteak Renewable Forestry, a company that cultivates trees without the use of irrigation or fertilizer. That way, it produces top-quality teak wood with minimal impact on the environment, according to the product description.

The board is 18 inches long and 14 inches wide and weighs about 2.5 pounds. It’s hefty, but not so much that it’s a drag to get it out when you want to chop up produce. You may even want to just leave it out all the time.

“Great looking and a great buy,” wrote one reviewer on Sur La Table’s website. “And it’s functional, too. My wife uses it to cover burners on the stovetop when she’s not cooking.”

“This is a high quality board — beautiful, strong wood and coloring on both sides,” wrote another. “I love the grooved edges to catch any debris and that it’s reversible (smooth on [the] other side). It fits perfectly on my counter and would look great in any kitchen.”

The only downside to any wood cutting board is that they’re hand-wash only. If you prefer to toss everything in the dishwasher, this might not be for you. But really, it only takes a few seconds to wipe this baby down.

Whether you need a new cutting board or you want to give your whole kitchen a refresh, check out this cutting board and more items on sale at Sur La Table before the deals end on Monday, Sept. 26.
