Scotland 3-3 Norway: What the manager said

Scotland manager Steve Clarke: "I am going to have a little chill out. We have got the draw next month so getting ready for that.

"For now, just to chill and wind down after a strange camp. I think you saw the first half was a little bit of a flat performance from the team - second half we played a little bit more like ourselves.

"This group of player have never qualified for a tournament this early. We have to learnt to urn up and win games.

"You are not looking for the fear of losing or dropping points and you have to find a different way to motivate the players so that is probably something me and the players have to work on.

"The boys that have come in [at the back] have tried as hard as they could but we are lacking defensively. By and large we have played a back five for two or three years so to switch back to the four was a little bit different - I was using the games more as training sessions.

"I think we need to go away, prepare well and be competitive. That is all we promise. We are going to go to Germany and try to do that next summer.

"The job is to look around, keep an eye on the players that get selected and also look at some of the younger boys. I am always looking, we are always trying to get better and that will not stop. "
