- Elena Rybakina-- our champion in tennis paradise. Indian Wells has a new name to carve on the trophy-- a first ever WTA 1,000 title for the reigning Wimbledon champion, as she gets some revenge on Aryna Sabalenka after that battle in the Australian Open final earlier this season. The celebrations in California are hers. 7-6, 6-4.

That was an amazing performance from Rybakina. She was the most resilient player today, building her point well, being patient. She's been really strong mentally, to date.
