Rioli back for Tigers against Cats in AFL

Richmond coach Damien Hardwick has confirmed that Daniel Rioli will play in Sunday's big clash against Geelong in what will be the star forward's first AFL match since breaking his foot late in the 2017 grand final.

"It's good to have the band back together with (fellow small forwards Jason) Castagna and (Dan) Butler down there as well. Those three operate, we think, better together," Hardwick told reporters on Friday.

The Richmond coach also said that Brownlow Medallist Dustin Martin was fully fit to take on the Cats after missing last week's loss to Port Adelaide with a calf strain.
