Raptors announce Pascal Siakam out at least two weeks with a strained right adductor muscle.

Siakam, 28, sustained the injury on Friday night against the Dallas Mavericks, leaving in the third quarter and not returning. The Raptors went on to lose 111-110 to the Mavs.
This is bad news for the Raptors, who had started the season strongly. But this hurts even more from the Siakam angle, since he's been blazing hot and off to the best start of his entire career. In the first nine games of the season, Siakam has averaged 24.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 7.7 assists per game, which are all career highs. Of course, the NBA season is just a few weeks old, so those are very early numbers. But it was definitely a positive sign about where his season could have been heading.
The Raptors haven't identified a timeline for Siakam's return at this point. All the team said on Sunday is that he'll be evaluated in two weeks. The severity of Siakam's injury is a mystery, so we don't know if it's even possible for him to be ready to return at that time.
