Performance against Cliftonville 'not acceptable' - Smith
Loughgall manager Dean Smith said that his side's display in their 1-5 defeat against Cliftonville at Lakeview Park was "not acceptable".
Cliftonville were 3-0 up with just 27 minutes played and Smith lamented the slow start the Villagers made to the game and their inability to recover.
"Three goals in eight minutes, the game was over after those three goals went in," he told BBC Sport NI.
"We were second best for 90 minutes. So flat, so lethargic and we conceded really poor goals.
"There is nothing positive that came out of today for me. It’s simply a performance that’s not acceptable at this football club."
Loughgall, who also lost 5-1 to Linfield earlier in the season, are winless in five games since their opening day win over Carrick Rangers.
They drew with Glenavon last weekend however, and Smith was disappointed they were unable to take positive moment generated in that game into their meeting with the Reds.
"We’re just a bit low on confidence and we shouldn’t be," Smith continued.
"We had a really good performance last week and we came in today with a real hunger and desire to do well, but we came away with another flat performance."
