'Old Firm at Ibrox is a must win for title hopes'

We asked for your thoughts as Rangers head into the final stretch of the title race with Celtic.

Here's a taste of what you had to say:

Cameron: Rangers were looking very tired in the games against Benfica, the break has come at the right time to get key players back for the title charge. All we can do is keep winning, the games against Celtic will take care of themselves.

Elaine: If we can get a couple of players back from injury, I don’t see any reason why we can’t win the league. We are a better footballing team than anyone else at the moment. As long as we win the next few games until the split, no one will catch us. Clement will do it in his first season.

Gordon: We need to win the Old Firm game at Ibrox before the split. Going into the last five games with that advantage and continuing to play the way they have been is going to pile pressure on Celtic. we have seen how easily they have cracked this season. That game at Ibrox is a must win, if we want to win this title.

Doug: I think a lot of the momentum will rest on the upcoming Old Firm match. Rangers, despite two good opportunities, have failed to get a result against Celtic this season. A win would be the final piece of the puzzle in shifting the balance of power going into the home straight.

Nicky: If Rangers don't win the league then it will be down to one thing. As in the first two Old Firm games this season - fine margins. We don't have a recognised number nine and no centre forward was signed in January. Roofe, Sima and Danilo have been good but haven't contributed since last year, or in the games against Celtic.

Allan: Rangers have had momentum ever since Clement arrived with the way he's organised the team, also the way he's embraced Glasgow. I think the momentum that Rangers have will lead them to the title.
