It's safe to say Northern Illinois’ local radio team stepped up to the moment -- and then some -- during the team's upset win over Notre Dame.

Northern Illinois put together the biggest upset of the young season on Saturday, besting Notre Dame 16-14 in an incredible effort to knock off the No. 5 team in the country. It was a stunning moment, capped off by the Huskies blocking a 62-yard field goal attempt in the final moments to ice the win.
