NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has confirmed the league will play a regular season game in a new country next season.
The NFL is already playing games in London and Germany but plans to expand the game further internationally.
"We want to grow to become a real global sport," said Goodell.
Three NFL regular season games have again been played in London this season, with the first of two games in Frankfurt played on Sunday, from where Goodell voiced the league's plans for global expansion.
Mexico has also hosted games on and off since 2016, and now the NFL will add either Spain or Brazil to the schedule in 2024 to continue the aim of increasing the league's international reach.
"We want to grow to become a real global sport, so you have to play in more markets, clearly," Goodell told the NFL Network in Frankfurt. "We're looking primarily at Spain and Brazil.
"We are definitely going to play in a new market next year but we're still debating between the two."
Goodell has said the league will move swiftly in their expansion. They added a second game in Germany this year after the debut game in Munich last year was such a huge success.
"Germany has just got so many incredible and passionate NFL fans, it's really amazing," Goodell added ahead of the Chiefs' 21-14 win over the Dolphins.
"Football's been around here for several decades, it's continued to grow, the support last year for the game in Munich was, I think, legendary."
