Half-naked man rescued after being found dangling from basketball hoop

When you're a policeman in America, you probably expect to come across all sorts of things.

People shooting at you.

Car chases.

But it's probably fair to say that semi-naked men hanging from basketball hoops are not on your radar.

Yet that's what met officers of Seattle's police force when they were called to attend an incident in the city's Cal Anderson park.
