Greipel wins Tour de France sixth stage

REIMS France (Reuters) - Germany's Andre Greipel won the sixth stage of the Tour de France, a 194-km ride from Arras on Thursday.

Italian Vincenzo Nibali retained the overall leader's yellow jersey.
