Olympic legend Michael Phelps dating amateur porn star: reports

Reports in the United States suggest swim star Michael Phelps has been seeing notorious Hollywood hook-up Jasmine Waltz.

Phelps brought an end to his swimming career after the London Olympics in August, finishing as the most decorated Olympian of all time with 18 gold medals.

Phelps recently split with his girlfriend of 10 months Megan Rossee (below) and the 27-year-old has reportedly moved on with Waltz.

Hollyscoop.com is quoting a source who claims the pair has "been hooking up for weeks".

Waltz has previously been linked with David Arquette, Zac Efron, Chris Pine, Ryan Seacrest, Jesse McCartney, Doug Reinhardt and Vinny from The Jersey Shore.

She also signed a $60,000 contract with pornographic film production company Vivid Entertainment several years ago.

And in 2010 she was forced to deny rumours that she had punched Lindsay Lohan in a Los Angeles nightclub.

"I didn't hit her," Waltz said at the time.

"But I'd like to."
