Heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua has jokingly offered to be the best man for Prince Harry when he marries Meghan Markle next May.

Joshua took to Twitter on Wednesday following Harry's guest stint as the editor of BBC Radio 4's Today programme, which was highlighted by the prince's exclusive interview with former American president Barack Obama.

The boxer tweeted a photo of himself and Harry, accompanied by a message in which he offered his services for the upcoming royal wedding.

It read: "Back to work this morning! Congrats on everything this year & no pressure on the R4 guest edit! P.s. Need a best man?

Joshua is no stranger to a big occasion, of course, having beaten Wladimir Klitschko in front of 90,000 fans at Wembley last April.

We think he would be a knockout success as best man. Over to you, Harry...
